Reservations are accepted for spring to fall rentals. During off-peak months, there is a 3-night minimum. There is a 7-night minimum stay during peak season. At times, shorter stays can be accommodated. Please contact us directly for availability.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation and final payment is due 30 days prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will result in no penalty. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will result in a loss of the deposit. 

 Linens, towels and bedding are provided free of charge. Cable, wi-fi internet and local calls are also provided free of charge. A security deposit, occupancy tax and housekeeping fee is applicable on all rentals. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
